Commissioning sources often lack the necessary resources to guide cadets toward the AFSC that fits them best. FTZ fills these gaps by offering a multitude of resources on jobs as common as pilot or as uncommon as Information Operations to ensure cadets lead a fulfilling career.

Conversation with Lt. Gen. Clark

"For The Zoomies" took flight in September 2021 when its founder, Andrew Cormier, hosted its inaugural episode on September 9, 2021, featuring Lt Col Ryan "Dutch" Rutter. Cadets instantly found this resource useful and has since enabled Andrew to gather invaluable insights from captains all the way to general officers. Andrew hopes for FTZ to act as a repository for cadets to indefinitely refer to as a resource to aid them in making educated decisions about the AFSCs that align best with their aspirations. As "For The Zoomies" continues to expand its reach, Andrew has brought his brother, Zac Cormier, to assist cadets in navigating their military journey.
